Step1: Goto: https://www.clubassistant.com/club/USMS.cfm?l=48

Step2: Select "No, I have never been a member" from the options under "Prior Membership".

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step3: Press the "Submit" button

Step4: Check the "Yes, I am at least 18 years old" checkbox as applicable.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step5: Select "No, I don't know the club's official abbreviation, please guide me" from the options under "USMS Club".

Step6: Press the "Submit" button.

Step7: Select "Arizona Masters Swim Club Inc (ARIZ)" from the "12 Clubs" dropdown.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Step8: Press the "Submit" button.

Step9: Select "PHOENIX SUNFISH (SUN)" from the "Workout Group" dropdown.
